Have you ever found yourself in the middle of sending an important email with a crucial file attached, only to see that annoying message saying, "File too big to send"? It can be really frustrating, right?
Well, guess what? Microsoft has some great news for all of us who've been through this ordeal. They've come up with an update that's going to solve this 'file too large' problem once and for all.
And believe it or not, this time it's not one of those too-good-to-be-true things!
Microsoft recently shared their plan on the Microsoft 365 roadmap to make Outlook work seamlessly with their cloud storage platform, OneDrive. Here's the cool part: when you run into that pesky attachment size limit, Outlook will suggest uploading your file to OneDrive. This way, your important document will still reach the person you intended it for.
Pretty clever, right?
Now, this new feature will be available on Android devices first, but don't worry if you're using something else. The rollout for everyone else is happening this month, so you won't have to wait long.
So, no more struggling to shrink or resize your files or resorting to potentially risky third-party services. Microsoft is making your email experience smoother and more efficient.
If you want some help getting the most out of your Microsoft 365 subscription, feel free to reach out. We're here to assist you!
Until next time, keep fit and have fun!
