—-IT Services Pricing

Easy Peasy

We understand that your time is precious. This super-simple 2-minute form will provide us with all the information we need to allow you to book a time and get an estimated proposal in a single video call.

Now that’s what we call an efficient process.

Pricing  & Proposal Questions

Here is a list of a few questions we get asked about our pricing and meetings.

How close will the estimate be to actual pricing?

We will use the numbers you give us to generate a very accurate proposal based on your needs. Of course, there is always the chance of other factors and variables that may only be found during our discovery session.

We provide a full assessment and audit during our onboarding process with our Technology Roadmap being presented that includes where you are at now, and where we plan to get you to.

What should I bring to the virtual meeting?

We will be spending the majority of our time getting to know each other, however, if you had any additional thoughts about any technology pain points or business processes you wish to bring up certainly bring those along.

We will then move on to your proposal based on the questions you answered in the form above.

There are no obligations, consider this a coffee & chat about your IT!

Is there any obligation on our end?

That’s a hard no.

We are just here to present to you ways to boost your productivity and processes using technology. We will send you the physical proposal and would love a follow-up call if need be, but there is no obligation there.

What about one off projects?

We do one off projects all the time! If you are interested in such things as a migration to Microsoft 365, or perhaps a complete Software Development from the ground up we can absolutely do that.

Our WILD Guarantee!

If you (and your team) aren’t THRILLED about choosing us any-time during your first 60 days simply let us know and we’ll refund your ENTIRE initial investment back immediately!

PLUS, we’ll pay you an ADDITIONAL $500 and donate $1,000 to the MS Society to say, “Sorry for wasting your time.”
